Come to the aid of men that God made to your image and likeness, and redeemed with a great price for the tyranny of the devil. (Sat ,2,23-24 and I Cor 6.20).
It is to you that the Holy Church venerates as her guardian and protector, you whom the Lord entrusted the souls redeemed to enter the celestial happiness. Supplicate therefore the God of Peace, which crush satan under our feet in order to take full power to damage the church. Bring our prayers to the Almighty so that we soon fall on the mercies of the Lord.
